- Cleanliness: The
house must be
returned immaculately clean, if this is not the case, 55 € will be deducted from the deposit - terrace in front of the house equiped with pergola, table and 4 chairs - private car parking - pets are not allowed - smoking in the house and in the garden are not permitted (fire risks). - naturism is not permitted. - the house, the swimming pool and the environment are not adapted to children under 10 years. - the environment is very quiet, please respect the piece and tranquillity of the neighbourhood. - Car parking on the property - The departures should take place before 10am - The arrivals should take place before 4pm - Minimum stay from the beginning of June to the end of September: 2 weeks - Refundable guaranty deposit: 300 € |
